This Privacy Policy explains how Lora Security Company LLC and GuardCore Pro collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you access or use our mobile applications ("App"), website (https://guardcore.pro), and associated workforce management services.

To provide you with our security monitoring, dispatch, and workforce management services, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Personal Identifiers: Full legal name, email address, mobile telephone number, profile photograph, and state/local security licensing credentials.
• Authentication & Verification Data: Mobile phone numbers used to deliver One-Time Passwords (OTP) and two-factor authentication codes, login credentials, and device authentication tokens.
• Operational Data: Security incident reports, patrol logs, shift check-ins/check-outs, time-off requests, and operational documents uploaded to the platform.
• Device & Telemetry Information: Device model, operating system, IP address, and unique hardware identifiers.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to operate, maintain, and provide our security management services, including:

• To authenticate user identity and securely process account logins via SMS OTP verification.
• To enable guard scheduling, shift assignments, and operational alerts.
• To generate incident reports and coordinate emergency field dispatch.
• To comply with legal, labor, and state security regulatory licensing requirements.
• To send operational notifications, shift updates, and account security alerts.

5.Data Sharing, Disclosure & Third-Party Transfers

We value your trust. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. We only share information under the following limited operational circumstances:

• With Employers/Clients: Guard tracking, patrol check-ins, and incident reports are shared with your authorized security employer and client site administrators.
• Service Providers: We may share data with technical infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting, database providers, and mapping APIs) solely to support our operational software delivery under strict contractual confidentiality terms.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental authorities to protect public safety or investigate suspected fraudulent/illegal activities.

6.SMS / Text Messaging Program & A2P 10DLC Policy

Lora Security Company LLC, through its platform GuardCore Pro, provides transactional, authentication, and operational SMS text notifications to opted-in users (including security personnel, managers, and clients). By providing your mobile telephone number, you consent to receive SMS communications from us subject to the following terms:

• Program Description & Message Types: Text messages sent by GuardCore Pro are strictly operational and transactional. Messages include:
  • One-time passcodes (OTP) for account login, password reset, and multi-factor authentication (e.g., "GuardCore Pro: Your verification code is [123456]. This code expires in 10 minutes.").
  • Work schedule updates and shift change notifications (e.g., "GuardCore Pro: Your work schedule has been updated. Please log in to review your assigned shift. Reply STOP to opt out.").
  • High-priority operational alerts and incident notifications.
• How You Opt In: Consent is provided when you register for an account on GuardCore Pro, when your security employer invites and assigns you to the system with your mobile number, or when you explicitly request a phone verification code.
• Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving SMS communications at any time. To cancel SMS notifications, reply STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any SMS message sent from GuardCore Pro. You will receive a one-time confirmation SMS verifying your opt-out. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-subscribe.
• Help & Support: If you need assistance or have questions regarding text messages, reply HELP to any SMS message, visit https://guardcore.pro/support, or contact our customer support team directly at support.lorasystem@gmail.com.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your account usage and assigned shift schedules. OTP authentication messages occur on request (typically 1-2 per sign-in); shift and alert messages occur as operations require.
• Rates & Carrier Disclaimer:Message and data rates may apply. Carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Data Sharing Exclusion: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7.Account Deletion & Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with labor laws and licensing regulations.

How to delete your account:

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. You can submit an account deletion request through:

• The settings menu inside the GuardCore Pro App under "Delete Account".
• Through our public Account & Data Deletion page, which does not require you to sign in or reinstall the App.

Upon verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible personal data within 30 days. Incident, safety, payroll, billing, audit, fraud-prevention, and compliance records may be retained for up to 7 years where required by law or legitimate business obligations. Encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before automatic deletion. Retained records are access-restricted and are not used for marketing.
