1.Contractual Relationship & Entity

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access or use of the GuardCore Pro mobile application, website (https://guardcore.pro), and operations platform (collectively, the "Services") owned and operated by Lora Security Company LLC("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Services. By accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. The Services

The Services constitute a digital operations platform designed for security management, encompassing real-time patrol tracking, guard scheduling, shift exchanges, time-off requests, dispatching, and incident reporting. The Services are provided for professional use by authorized security personnel, administrators, and clients of Lora Security Company LLC / GuardCore Pro.

3.User Accounts & Security

To use the Services, you must register for and maintain an active user account ("Account"). You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an Account. Account registration requires you to submit specific personal information, including your full name, email address, mobile phone number, and professional credentials.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and any OTP (One-Time Password) codes sent to your mobile phone.
• You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.

4.SMS & Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your mobile telephone number during registration or onboarding, you consent to receive transactional and operational SMS text messages from Lora Security Company LLC / GuardCore Pro:

• Message Types: SMS messages include one-time security passcodes (OTP) for authentication and password resets, shift updates, schedule notifications, and critical incident alerts.
• Opt-Out: You may cancel SMS notifications at any time by texting STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE in reply to any text message. You will receive a confirmation message verifying your opt-out.
• Customer Support: For help, text HELP to any SMS message or email support.lorasystem@gmail.com.
• Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies depending on account activity and shift schedules. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6.Professional Licensing & Compliance

If you use the Services to perform guard duties or manage security operations, you warrant that you possess all valid, active, and necessary state or local security licenses, guard cards, and permits required by law. Lora Security Company LLC reserves the right to suspend or block any account that fails to provide proof of compliance or is found to have falsified registration information.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services:

• To submit false incident reports or fake shift check-ins.
• To impersonate any other person or spoof GPS/location coordinates.
• To reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App or Services.
• To introduce virus files, worms, trojans, or run automated scripts that disrupt server operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lora Security Company LLC and GuardCore Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to, or in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We are not responsible for any issues resulting from network dropouts, GPS inaccuracy, or hardware failure during security shifts.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
